The screen is tiny. You did a nice job emulating a practical setting.
The song went well with the animation.
Even though you SAY it is short, it's too short, and making it faster paced and longer would be better. It seems like they're moving in slow motion the entire movie. You're gonna need to keep the same quality, but put in even more frames and make it longer.
Reiterate-Faster, Keep the good quality, make it longer.

Some tips-Try to develop at least a rudimentary storyline, because as of now, you just have some guy on a flat plain shooting into the ground for no reason, and then getting owned by some guy that's a different color.
As of now, there is not enough filler action. Try to make them combat a little more Kung-fu style and THEN have one of them dominate. If one of them just wins through the whole thing, it becomes quite boring.
You didn't associate us with either one in particular. We don't know which one is the hero.
And I dislike the completely bland and flat battleground.

All in all, While this is decent, and definitely suitable to newgrounds, you need a LOT more effort and time to make people like your work.

I see you did a good job of speed animating...It's just that, witht he superb quality of it now, It can only be so much better if it's colored/polished. I would love it if you put more time and effort into it.

You did a really good job of making the surprise challenger look really creepy...
However, It was a little disconnected at times.

I have only one recommendation about Peach. Try not to make her look so old when when looks down(I think it has to do with her mouth), and try to move the blush a little closer to the center of her face.

But now....OMG I'TS SO AWESOME ZOMGLOLROFLGMAOL AAAAAAAH.
Anyway, keep up the good work, you are really a good animator.
